Ghoulies, Ghosties, & Long-Legged Beasties: Psychic Self-and-Home Defense:
Do you know anyone who drains your energy simply by being around you? Do you suddenly feel dread or hopelessness for no good reason? Is your home troubled by unexplained noises, objects falling, or apparitions? If so, then you may need to learn the techniques of psychic self-defense — which, in addition to being really useful, are really cool.
In this introductory four-hour class, Lawrence Hyde, MA, Reiki Master and former psychotherapist, will discuss the various types of negative energy and influences present in the world and how to protect yourself.
You will learn & practice:
Basic shielding from negative energies -- A few intermediate techniques -- Using stones & talismans for protection --
How to deal with so-called “psychic vampires” -- How to free yourself, your home & your place of business from entities -- What to do when you’re fighting out of your weight class & need to ask for help.
Lawrence brings much experience & a slightly bizarre sense of humor to this class. Come prepared to share your experiences and discover how much fun learning Psychic Self Defense can be!
Lawrence also teaches an 8-hour intensive MASTER CLASS in Advanced Psychic Self Defense. This Basic Class is a mandatory pre-requisite for the Advanced Class.
Lawrence Hyde, MA, Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, previously practiced psychotherapy and chemical dependency counseling for 20 years. As both student and teacher, Lawrence has been knocking around the metaphysical scene for some 35 years. His approach to teaching mirrors his personal life and practice: He blends New Age and Pagan thought into a no-nonsense, practical manner of thinking, moving energies and living metaphysically. Lawrence also teaches Reiki, all levels, in concert with his wife & partner, Neva, who is an RN, Reiki Master Teacher & Practitioner, and a practicing Wicca Adept and Teacher.
