We will chant, with CD’s & lyric sheets. ANYBODY can chant—chanting is NOT SINGING. We end the night with a session of Singing Bowls.  Chant to heal yourself and heal the world.

This is ACTIVE MEDITATION and it will amaze you how you will feel during and after!

FOURTH & FIFTH WEDNESDAYS: AS ANNOUNCED:  Either a one-time special program or a night off for everybody. I vote for a night off. The calendar will probably say "No 7pm Program". Or not.
It may just look empty for that day, like a lot of Mondays do. I wonder how Mondays feel about that. Does anybody remember that Mama's and Papa's song, "Monday Monday"?
